September 2009 - Here is a sampling of the type of techniques that are used. We are primarily showing techniques that vary in the degree of technical skill. If you are new to martial arts: DO NOT TRY THIS ANY OF THESE TECHNIQUES! These are only giving you an idea of what different types of interpretation.
