Sample Techniques of what we have done in the past and present.

WE WANT TO STRESS YOU MUST BE A EXPERIENCED MARTIAL ARTIST TO SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTE THESE FEATURED TECHNIQUES.

TO ATTEMPT THESE TECHNIQUES WITHOUT THE PROPER TRAINING COULD/WILL RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY. IF YOU ATTEMPT THESE TECHNIQUES YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Enjoy these techniques, (Links on your right, check back more to come.)

There are millions of ways to use your body, and to use the attackers body to defend yourself. When you are new to this art or any other self-defense, the basic, blocking, striking, kicking and throws, are what are concentrated on.

You will notice that in this art the attacker reacts to action the defender takes, to give each technique a more accurate response.

When a instructor gives a lesson, it is practiced for good amount of time, to ensure that the student has muscle memory as well as your conscience memory.

It is amazing to see someone start fresh in this art, struggling at first to do their defense techniques correctly. Then to see the same person in a short amount of time, become fluid and inventive with their style of fighting techniques.

We will highlight some of the techniques that are taught in class, by Masters: Dave Weeks and Ron Scanlon. We also have the great pleasure to present fighting techniques from visiting Masters of Kung Fu San Soo.
